Clear boundaries

The plan defines the work. The agreement confirms the details.

  1. 01

Website plans are ongoing services, not one-time builds. Each plan includes one initial build or approved redesign within the stated scope, plus hosting, maintenance, and standard required licensing while the plan remains active.

  2. 02

Monthly billing and annual billing each use an initial 12-month service term because the initial website work is included in the plan. Annual billing is prepaid; monthly billing spreads the same service term across monthly payments.

  3. 03

Plan pricing assumes one ordinary small-business website and the stated page limit. E-commerce, memberships, booking systems, custom applications, advanced integrations, and unusual migrations require a written quote.

  4. 04

The customer supplies or approves accurate business information, brand assets, images, offers, policies, and required account access. Full original copywriting, photography, video, and legal review are separate unless included in writing.

  5. 05

Domain registration, nonstandard premium licenses, transaction fees, advertising media, paid listings, and other third-party charges are separate unless included in writing.

  6. 06

The customer retains ownership of its domain, customer accounts, and supplied content. Platform licenses and managed components provided through Perqline remain available only while the plan is active; transfer and export options depend on the platform and accepted agreement.

  7. 07

SEO and marketing work can improve technical quality, content, measurement, and campaign execution. Search position, traffic, leads, sales, and revenue are not guaranteed.

  8. 08

Requests beyond the plan's published inclusions or outside its stated scope require approval of a separate price or written quote.

Project path

Plan, build, launch.

A request starts a scope review. It does not create a project or reserve a launch date.

  1. 01

    Plan

Confirm the audience, pages, content, integrations, ownership, and the customer action the site should support.

  2. 02

    Build

Create the approved structure and design, then review it through the included revision rounds.

  3. 03

    Launch

Complete the agreed configuration and measurement, then move the website into its ongoing managed care.

FAQ

Before you choose a plan.

Do I keep control of my domain and accounts?

Yes. Customers should own their domain and customer-specific business accounts. Perqline receives only the access needed for the approved work.

Is hosting included in the website build?

Yes. Every website plan includes managed hosting, maintenance, and standard required licensing for one eligible website while the plan remains active.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. A managed plan can include an approved redesign when the existing content, platform, and migration needs fit the selected scope. Unusual migrations or unsupported systems require a written quote.

Does SEO guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Perqline can improve technical quality, page structure, content, measurement, and local-search alignment, but no provider can fairly guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.

Planning priority

Sending an inquiry starts a review only. Scope, price, schedule, onsite fit, and any agreement are confirmed separately.
