Sales and support intake information
An inquiry may include your name, contact details, company, service interest, affected device or account, location or service area, and the description you choose to provide. Perqline uses this information to review the inquiry, route it through the appropriate email workflow, and follow up about a possible next step.
3D modeling and printer training requests
A training request may include your learning or modeling goal, current printer, current software or slicer, experience level, session preference, service area, and additional notes. Perqline uses those details to determine whether the requested instruction fits the service and to plan the first reply.
Support-plan enrollment
A plan request may include your selected plan and billing cadence, covered-device quantity, protected-user quantities, separate backup or software-license needs, and information needed to review setup. Perqline confirms those details before preparing billing. Submitting the request does not activate service or collect payment.
Payments and billing
Perqline sends customer-specific billing instructions only after review and approval. This website does not collect card or bank details. Invoices, receipts, authorization requests, and payment notifications may be sent directly to the customer. Applicable customer, invoice, payment, and recurring-billing records are maintained through approved business systems.
Website service providers
Approved hosting, communication, and billing providers may process submitted information or keep limited operational records needed to host the site, deliver validated messages, process approved billing, and diagnose issues. Provider details are shared directly when they are relevant to a customer transaction or support workflow.
Remote support access
Remote support and managed-device tools require authorization and setup review. Access should be limited to the agreed work and adjusted or removed when it is no longer appropriate.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment details, or private credentials through public forms. Share access information only through an agreed support process.
