Remote Support Made Simple

Need help with your computer? If you are already speaking with Perqline Solutions or have requested support, follow the steps below to start a remote support session.

Only start a remote session if you are already speaking with Perqline Solutions. Never give remote access codes to someone you do not know or trust.

Local service in Bullhead City, Kingman, Lake Havasu City, Mohave Valley, Needles, and nearby areas. Remote and cloud-based services are available worldwide.

Three steps to begin remote help.

Keep this page open while you talk with Perqline. Your technician can walk you through each step.

Download RustDesk

Choose the download for your computer. If you are not sure, ask your Perqline technician before clicking.

Open RustDesk

Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts. Windows and macOS may ask for permission before RustDesk can run.

Share the ID and password

Read the ID and one-time password shown on the main RustDesk screen to your Perqline technician.

Already speaking with us?

Open RustDesk and read the ID and one-time password shown on your screen. Your technician will tell you when to click Accept.

Perqline server setup

Connect through Perqline's secure support server.

Most customers can let a Perqline technician help configure this during the first session. If you are asked to set it up manually, use the public settings below.

  1. Open RustDesk.
  2. Go to Settings -> Network.
  3. Unlock network settings if your computer asks.
  4. Import the Perqline server config or allow your Perqline technician to configure it during the first session.

Mac permissions help

If you are on a Mac, your computer may ask you to allow RustDesk to record the screen or control the computer. This is required so we can see and help with your screen. You can turn this off later in System Settings.

  • Allow Screen Recording when prompted.
  • Allow Accessibility when prompted.
  • Ask your technician before changing anything you do not understand.

Windows permission note

If Windows asks whether to allow RustDesk to run, choose Run or Yes only if you are already working with Perqline Solutions.

If the message looks different than expected, pause and ask your Perqline technician before continuing.

Security and consent

Stay in control of the session.

Remote help should feel calm and clear. Perqline will explain what access is needed before using remote support tools.

  • Perqline cannot connect unless you provide the session information or have previously approved unattended support.
  • Close RustDesk or end the session when support is finished.
  • Do not share access codes with unknown callers, pop-ups, text messages, or emails.
  • Remote support may require installing support or software tools on the device, depending on the service or support plan.
  • Some support plans may include managed support tools, remote support agents, monitoring tools, protection tooling, and setup work only with customer consent.
